Mind Matters Surrey NHS provides FREE talking therapies to adults aged 17+ experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems related to Anxiety and Depression. Our trained, accredited therapists are also trained to work with Long Term Physical Health Conditions.

Our treatments include guided self help, counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). We can offer you treatment in a form that works best to help you overcome the issues you are experiencing and fits with your current lifestyle. We offer individual therapy, courses covering specific issues and online digtal CBT therapy.
During your assessment, your therapist will discuss the most appropriate treatment for you. If you are interested in Silver Cloud or any of our courses, talk to your therapist at your assessment.
